Cancellation & Refund Policy – Nest Learning for Training and Consultations
1. Online Consultations
• Customers may cancel or reschedule their session only if notification is given at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within this window are fully refundable or eligible for one-time rescheduling.
• Cancellations after the 48-hour window or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Workshops and Courses (Offline or Online)
• Cancellations, rescheduling, or refund requests must be submitted at least 5 full days before the scheduled date.
• Requests within this window are eligible for a full refund or free transfer to another session.
• Requests made within 5 days or in the case of no-shows are not eligible for any refund or postponement.
